I once signed a contract with a contractor of all people and they accidentally wrote $3400 instead of $4300. I thought I was getting a pretty good deal and they didn't notice the mistake. They did a good job but when it came to paying I sent the money adn they absolutely went crazy about me trying to lowball them and trying to sabotage some of their own work, I guess they'd had some bad experiences.
