Vendo is customizable business software (CRM, helpdesk, etc.) built on proven open-source tools. Companies get unlimited access with no seat pricing, can customize any workflow or feature in plain English using AI, and only cover hosting costs, making it a fraction of typical SaaS pricing. By removing the usual permissions and setup/configuration friction, companies can migrate in days instead of months.
Hi Product Hunt, the other co-founder here! One thing that pushed us to build Vendo was watching companies pay $100+/seat/month for tools they only use 30% of AND then pay again when they need to customize anything. We thought: what if the software just worked the way your team already works, instead of forcing you to adapt? That's what the AI customization layer is really about. 👋 Hi Product Hunt! I'm Nour, one of the founders of Vendo.
We started building Vendo after noticing a pattern with business software today:
• months-long onboarding
• expensive seat-based subscriptions
• and lots of friction whenever a company wants to make changes
The biggest problem we kept seeing was this: companies get locked into software that becomes expensive to scale, hard to customize, and painful to switch away from.
So we started building Vendo.

Hey Nour - Vendo seams really cool. I'm curious about the "migrate in days instead of months" part specifically. What does migration actually look like in practice if a team is coming from something like HubSpot or Zendesk?
@wassimzahzah Great question. A big part of what makes migrations slow today is configuring seats, permissions, and workflows before teams can actually start using the product. With Vendo there’s no seat setup and workflows can be customized in plain English, so teams can recreate how they work much faster. In many cases the main step left is importing customer data, which means companies can realistically get up and running in days instead of months.
