Visible draws polarized reactions. Many users praise the low price, Verizon-backed coverage in some areas, and the included hotspot, reporting smooth 5G performance when local conditions are favorable. Far more reviews, however, cite unreliable data, frequent call/message failures, and service drops—especially compared to prior carriers. Onboarding, porting, eSIM/SIM upgrades, and cancellations are recurring pain points, with support described as chatbot-heavy, slow, and circular, leaving cases unresolved and refunds difficult. Trials and promos are called confusing or misleading. Value is attractive, but reliability and support concerns dominate user feedback.
Have had my number locked up in t he porting process for 2 weeks even after I have asked them 5 times to cancel so that I could switch to another provider, do not do business with this company
Pros:None, terrible company
Cons:*Bought phone from their list, told not compatible *Poor customer support, no phone number to call
This company has the worst supporti I have ever encountered. They pretend like they know what they are doing but give you the same bullshit line that everything will be fixed in 24-48 hours, three weeks later I’ll still dealing with their lies.
Pros:Be an evil way to screw over an enemy, just recommend it to them.
Cons:Calls drop constantly and if you try to port your number out they will cancel your number so it no longer exists and keep your account open.
There is no phone number to contact customer support, and you will spend hours waiting for responses from their chat services.
Pros:It’s cheap
Cons:Terrible customer service. Terrible service. I’ve had no service in three weeks.
