Reviewers are overwhelmingly negative on Visible, describing unreliable service, dropped calls, weak or missing data, and coverage that often feels worse than expected even for former Verizon users in the same places. The other repeated complaint is support: chat-only help, long waits, scripted or looping responses, and slow or failed resolution for billing, cancellations, ports, SIM or eSIM setup, refunds, and device locks. A few users say coverage is excellent in their area, but most reviews frame Visible as cheap upfront and costly in time, stress, and service problems.
If you are expecting the world for $40/month you will be disappointed. I was able to eliminate my soon to be $65/month internet bill and combine it with my phone bill saving me $60 a month. I can stream, surf, play games do whatever I did before. And although there are occasional hiccups, they are less frequent than when I was paying Spectrum for their internet.
Pros:Love the price and what you get for it.
Cons:Internet can be sporadic, especially during peak hours.
