the decision log is the part that actually solves a real problem instead of just summarizing. every notetaker gives you action items, but "what did we actually agree to" three months later is the thing that causes real arguments with clients. treating decisions as their own record instead of burying them in a wall of bullet points is a genuinely different design choice, not just a feature checkbox. the non-English-first transcription is also a bigger deal than it sounds if you've ever read a translated summary of a call that wasn't in English - they always read slightly off
