Hi everyone! Today I’m launching VoiceGoose for macOS! ☀️🎙️🪿
VoiceGoose generates realistic speech from text in 10+ languages, supports natural language instructions for how the voice should sound (tone, delivery, gender, etc), and even allows voice cloning from a short 5–10 second audio clip.
I originally built this app because I wanted a text-to-speech tool that didn’t require sending my data to the cloud or paying expensive recurring subscription fees.
Everything runs locally on your Mac. 🔐
That means:
