Just a bit of UX feedback. It took me a good 3 minutes to find the sign up button. I thought the button at the top was a search field due to its opacity and the fact it doesn't look like a button.
In this case it's better to simplify and just make a button look like a button so it stands out, especially since the main call to action on the page is to get people to sign up.
Otherwise very interested to see how this all plays out.
EDIT: Had to come back and add more. Filling out my profile the profile page has almost zero contrast. Tough to read the fields and everything on here.
@scrivs Thanks for the UX feedback Scrivs. Some of the randomly generated default colors it seems are hard to read on non-retina displays. Good to know that sign-up wasn't intuitive enough. Let us know if you have any other feedback; would love, for example, to hear what your experience of creating a request is like!

Been using volley for a few weeks and I've found the 2nd, 3rd + degree connections very helpful. It's similar to Quora but I think the private reply feature makes conversations much more personable. Really impressed by the quality of replies I've received on Volley. All the best!
I've been using Volley since the early days and I am always surprised at the quality of connections I form. Sometimes it is a question on metrics for ecommerce or something as simple as where to find a running group... I have always gotten a response! I think the Volley team is on to something special, and I love their detail to UX and clean design.
ive been using volley for a couple months and have gotten real value out of it. the product seems to iterate quickly in a very positive way. great team of hustlers, excited to see how the community develops.
This is a great product. I have used Volley to make many interesting and important connections. Love the new interface guys. Would love to see a Slack integration as well.
@startupjoshua that's the third time we'rve heard about slack integration today; we'll definitely be looking more into this. How would you foresee slack enhancing volley Joshua?
