Vorker.ai is an AI coworker that gets the job done in your company. Streamline your small business operations and boost productivity.

Congrats on the launch!! Curious on how much setup does it take before Vorker actually understands a business well enough to be useful, like its tone of voice and customers etc?
@shirine_haydari Thank you Shirine!
You do not need to do any setup other than pointing Vorker at your website and connecting your socials or email services. If you don't want to do that, you can just give Vorker some examples.
Vorker will analyse your tone of voice in your prior communications and match it. If you don't like how it communicates, you can always ask it to change something for a specific channel or "globally" like never ever use em dashes.
Vorker remembers how you communicate, and can even build a profile for each customer in each channel. So DMs to your coworker can be different from cold outreaches.
@shirine_haydari Adding to what Pontus mentioned, since it has context across different tools it catches things that easily get lost otherwise. For example if an invoice lands in your email that you forgot about Vorker sees it and notices it was never added to your bookkeeping platform (like Visma or Fortnox).
This launch video looks super polished! Curious to ask, were the visuals mostly raw AI-generated clips, or was there a lot of post-production involved as well?
I also really love the mix of UI visuals throughout the video. It does a great job of showing what the experience of actually navigating and using Vorker feels like.
@raymund_joseph_tuerco It is a mix. to get the ASMR clips at the start we used higgsfield mcp in Vorker to generate these. Have you used the higgsfield MCP in Vorker or some other AI ?

Very cool - how does your AI coworker understand company context and keep it up to date? That's an issue I find with Claude cowork, etc - especially in a fast-moving startup where things change and context gets stale quickly.
@chris_mactaggart This really is the key when it comes to making a good AI harness (AI coworker). We have everything as files in a sort of virtual filesystem. Every task has its own workspace but every task can read and find other files too. The AI can use a RAG based system we created to find using semantic+keyword search but also plain old list och grep. All files are also versioned with a sort of git so each task knows when some files has been changed. The tasks sort of subscribe on files.
Each file also have some parameters which makes up for its "importance". this importance decays over time. it is affected by file usage, if the user downloads, stars it etc. This way we keep the most important files at the top making them rank heigher when Vorker is exploring for context.
So Vorker might not be built for coding but it shares a lot with products like cursor and codex. Vorker can code, for instance build whole websites, spin up cloud computers and run code but it is not shown as much to the user as for instance Claude. We aim to miminize concepts to make it very easy for people to understand and use.
thanks for your question

@henrik_djurestal Sounds like you've thought about this alot and implemented a clever solution.
Good luck with the launch, and I'll say hi next time I see yous at an event in Sthlm - yous stand out with some of the best swag :)
I’m Henrik, founder of Vorker.
My dad and I had a small company where we built robots in the basement (He being the actual investor of the robot vaccum cleaner). We loved building but being good at something dosen't mean creating a business out of it is easy. My dad and his merry gang of engineers sucked at sales, at marketing, technical admin, at everything except building robots.
Seeing this during many years, I realized that everybody SHOULD be able to follow their dream and build a company around what they love.
You do not have to be technical. Whether you are a plumber, an electrician, a painter, or a creative freelancer, AI can now handle the rest of the business so you can focus on your craft and actually make great money. So my dad can continue spending his time building what he loves.
Vorker is meant to be easy for these kinds of people cause these people don't go and find "skills", typing "/plan"etc. They ask and they except a DONE.
I see a future where anyone can become an entrepreneur. That is why we built Vorker.
If anyone has a question, I will be in the comments all day!
Honest take from a part-time freelancer and dad.
When you're running a one-person business while juggling a day job, nobody covers for you. Admin either eats all your evenings and free time, or it piles up. I'm pretty strict about protecting family time, and Vorker is the first tool that's actually helped me keep that boundary instead of just giving me more to-dos.
What makes it click for me is that it's all in one place and it actually knows my business. Instead of wiring up a bunch of separate tools to Claude or ChatGPT, Vorker learns how I work and just handles things: prospecting research, email and text message campaigns, even creating images and video lately, all without jumping between five different platforms.
And the team keeps shipping more and more features that are genuinely relevant, not filler.
The value is honestly insane.🔥🙌 Go team Vorker 🚀
@remy_bertoli Thanks! YES we are batteries included. We have currated all the skills, apis, subagents you will ever need when running a small buinsess or working as a freelancer.
We know that people have other things to do with their time, especially if you have a family. so we tried to remove as much as possible of the time you spend on admin.
The company will run itself except for the core business! that is the future!
Which features do you like the most?
I'm exploring if I should put together me own AI tool set as a freelancer or use something like Vorker. Why should I assign Vorker as my coworker instead of building it on my own? :)
@emeliefagel Because building a powerful AI harness (all the things around the AI model itself) is not an easy job. Having a great and expensive LLM only takes you so far, you need the "loop" to be handled i the best way possible. Cursor, Claude code, chatgpt codex are all great systems using the underlying models but they are not tailored for only small businesses and freelancers. We built the entire system with this in mind.
So my advice, try Vorker, try Claude and notice the difference in how much you need to configure/understand in order to make for instance a website with a real domain, do bookkeeping, make a video. You will notice that in Vorker this just works, all included but with claude you need to add a bunch of skills, plugins, mcps, see code etc.
We built this for none techinical people wanting the same power as the nerds but without the learning curve!
@henrik_djurestal cool, I'll give it a try and get back to you. Maybe having everything in one place isn't such a bad idea after all 😅
