VoxDesk has excellent connectivity. The calls are immediately linked. The ability to use an external device is a blessing and of great assistance. Access to call logs is useful, as is the ability to view a list of missed calls. Call monitoring and call listening is the future, and it is beneficial to listen to and evaluate your own calls. The callback scheduling and widget pop-up are also really helpful.

Its good with easy connectivity and the recordings of the call clarity are very clear and suitable for business and quality purposes. I have mainly used it for international calls, I didn't face any issues with that. The voicemail sent by us if the user is busy or not available was also apparent.

VoxDesk is simple. Metrics can be tracked live on the Live screen. Easily assign voicemails to agents. Upgrades have caused connectivity troubles, but they update you every 30 minutes.
