Would love to see a way to track the status of submitted appeals right inside the app, like a simple timeline showing where each letter stands with the insurer or landlord. Right now I would have no clue if my follow up is actually being read or just sitting in a queue. Even a basic read receipt or expected response window estimate would turn this from a one shot generator into something I can actually rely on through the whole dispute.
@nazlvkk Thank you for your input and its a good idea. Insurance company would have to respond back to the app or some path the app could discover. I will research the possibilities.
Have you considered adding a way to upload the full document as a PDF or image so it can scan every clause automatically, even the fine print tucked into attachments. Right now I assume it only works with pasted text, but real insurance denials and contracts always come as files I would want to drop in and get the full breakdown without retyping.
@euygur57331 Yes thanks for asking, There is a upload function for PDF documents. If policy owner does not have a PDF file available they can call their agent and they will email one over. PDF documents take a bit longer to render, that function works very well.

A template library for specific industries like dental practices or restaurants would be huge since each one has its own contract quirks. Also wondering if you could add a browser extension so I don't have to copy-paste PDFs in, just highlight right on the document I'm reviewing.

The plain-English framing is a smart move, legal docs usually scare people off before they even start. Love that the appeal letters get generated automatically, that's where most folks would have given up.
