My co-founder and I both have extensive experience in restaurant IT and recognized the gap between Big POS, which provides local service to restaurants at a premium up-front price point, and modern tablet systems, which have a low up-front cost, but lack the local service that restaurant owners want. The time has come to bridge this gap, and we are doing just that with Well Done.
