I really like how simple and straight-forward this product is. It's there if I want to interact with it, but I can also still explore and check out the landing page. It's very unobtrusive compared to a lot of webpage widgets. The interactivity is great for providing a CTA to help close the sale, and analytics are key for A/B testing different video variations.
One thing you may want to consider adding is video captions (like TikTok-style videos) so that visitors can watch and read the captions without turning on audio (sometimes it's inconvenient). For the pricing, you may want to add an option to make a one-time payment for a video (charging a higher fee like $40-50) so that users can download and host the video widget themselves if they want.
