WishPlace helps you live where you truly want. Save the buildings you dream about, set your budget and conditions, and owners or agencies can privately see who is already interested. When someone decides to sell or rent, they contact the best match directly. No more agencies, spam calls, or endless searching. The old model doesn’t work. WishPlace lets you finally get the home you really want. A smarter, demand-driven way, built on an inverse housing market.

I’m sure there are places where you would love to live. They’re probably expensive. But who knows? Maybe someone there would be willing to sell at a price you could actually afford.
And if that person existed, how would you ever know? You would need to visit every agency in the city, hoping the owner already passed by, or check all the websites where they might list it.
You might not be planning to sell your apartment right now. But maybe someone is looking for a place exactly like yours, at a price you wouldn’t refuse because it would allow you to move to the place you really love. Today, you only discover whether someone wants to buy your apartment, and for how much, once you decide to sell, go to agencies, or publish an ad.
This system doesn’t work. Finding the place you dream of is mostly luck, time, and stress, in a market shaped by agencies rather than people. Too many listings with beautiful photos that don’t reflect reality. Too many visits just to learn you don’t match the owner’s expectations.
This is why I came up with the idea of an inverse housing market: you simply add the places where you would really like to live, set a few minimum requirements, and wait. Someone will contact you when the right moment comes.
And no more spam. The owner reveals their contact and apartment details only when they decide to, through a secure chat. And he will never know your number until you will decide to share it.
Agencies, owners, and you will also be able to see a real list of people interested in buying in a specific building, along with their budget and conditions; the real market value.
I’m sure you’ve experienced something similar while searching for a home, or you would have loved something like WishPlace to exist.
This is an early version, and I’d love your thoughts, ideas, or even tough feedback.
Thanks for checking it out!
