Sean, you could call it that... that's why it's called XROS (pronounced "cross"). If you're a heavy Slack user, but still communicate out a lot via email - kill email completely and move your cross-company communications to channels as well.

Looks great, and exactly what we want for chatting with our customers. Just one problem, it doesn't seem to work at all in China without a VPN. As the majority of our customers are in China, that's a deal breaker. :-(
