Hey everyone! Yappa is an AI receptionist for businesses that want to stop losing leads from missed calls. It helps answer calls, capture customer info, respond to common questions, and keep things moving when you or the team is busy or unavailable. The idea came from thinking about my mom, who used to be a hairdresser. I asked her what happened when she missed a call, and she said that by the time she called back, that customer had usually already booked with someone else.
