Typeform, but for existing PDFs. Upload your PDF, map your fields visually, and publish it as a modern web form. Every submission automatically fills the original PDF.
When I had to fill long PDF forms, one thing drove me crazy: the same information had to be entered over and over again.
- Name on page 1.
- Name again on page 4.
- Address on page 2.
- Address again on page 7.
- Signatures, checkboxes... all inside a 10+ page PDF.
I kept thinking: "there has to be a better way"
That's how Yolvan started.
The more I looked into it, the more I realized the PDF itself wasn't really the problem. The experience was.
People need a PDF editor (which many don't have, or have to pay for), filling forms on mobile is painful, and the UX feels like it's stuck in 2005.
The alternative isn't much better either. Many businesses rebuild their forms in tools like Typeform, then spend hours stitching together automations to generate a PDF from the responses. It works... until it doesn't. It's fragile, time-consuming, and unnecessarily complex.
So I built Yolvan.
Upload your existing PDF, visually map the fields, and publish it as a modern web form. The form is fully customizable to match your brand, your users get a clean, mobile-friendly experience, and every submission automatically generates the completed PDF—no custom automation required.
Yolvan is currently in Open Beta, so it's 100% free to use.
If you give it a try, I'd genuinely love your feedback. Every suggestion will directly influence the roadmap, and the most valuable contributors will definitely be rewarded.
Thanks for checking it out! ❤️

Mapped a few fields from a rental application PDF and the submission came back filled exactly how I mapped it, no fiddling. The visual mapping feels way faster than I expected for something this niche.

Mapped a tax form in under two minutes and the filled PDF came back pixel-perfect. Huge time saver for intake-heavy teams.
