super cool! could be neat if the coach integrated into slack to read conversations or listened to meetings so it got a better of how you manage people so that it can give you feedback on how you're communicating

This is like having deep research and understanding of how you work from the people who you work with, without having them fill out annoying surveys and without hiring a human to do this.
In fact, because it's not a human, it feels easier for people to be more open.
