YourStack is currently in beta so look out for bugs! š
@davidsmooke do you mean for brands/companies that have multiple products (e.g. Tesla --> Model 3, Model S, etc.)?
We're currently keeping it simple. There's no concept of a company or organization yet, but we'll be introducing a one-to-many model to account for this in the future.
@rrhoover Yea brands with multiple products does present a grouping challenge.
With the API was thinking more about business model and populating the database with all products, like maybe using the amazon product referral api could do both, but probably doesnt make the most sense for this thing to be dependent upon amazon.
With the database question was more just curious, what is the tech stack of YourStack.com?
Congratulations @rrhoover and team; the site is so responsive. This definitely has some clear benefits. I would want to browse and find out what certain influencers in the field are using...

Love this idea so much! Iām stuck at 247 on the waitlist no matter what I do though ha. Happy to continue to share either way.
Seems like a great idea to help people find the best products that arenāt tools based on popularity or real feedback.
Another great way to get more brands involved, hope you wonāt get ads in there too soon.
The stack feed on the homepage is fun, but I clearly am looking for categories to look for new or popular Stack!
« In your garden »
« On your phone »
« Stack for holidays »
Etc...
Looking forward to seeing how this goes. If you are really validating all this by hand... GOOD LUCK!
Well done ;)

The waitlist is pretty annoying and it seems that twitter users with bigger audiences are being given access before the rest of us. I think the feature of skipping the queue by inviting others through twitter is really spammy.
