From my side of building, the biggest challenge (and opportunity) has been making sure product discovery feels like a friendly guide rather than a pushy sales rep. That’s why we’re testing things like:
Transparency first → always show why a product is being recommended (stock, price, reviews, ETA).
Choice without overload → max 2–3 options, so it feels curated not endless.
“I don’t know” moments → the AI admits when it doesn’t have a solid answer, instead of faking it.
Fast setup → <10 minutes for store owners to plug in and see value, without extra hoops.
