Hey Product Hunters! We created Zedic to help the foodservice and hospitality industries prevent some of the 31 million cases of foodborne illnesses reported every year. Zedic is a product of Zero Hour Health, a family-owned restaurant foodservice consulting biz that's been in the industry for almost 30 years. ZHH serves some of the biggest companies in the US already but we had no way of serving the >1M small restaurant, bar, and hotel businesses that have all the same health challenges as the big guys. That's why we made Zedic! We built Zedic using some of our favorite tools from Product Hunt: • Smooch (now known as Sunshine Conversations) for our in-app chat (thanks @gozmike!) • Help Scout for managing all of our conversations (courtesy of @nickfrancis, @jaredmcdaniel, @growthdesigner) • Zapier for connecting oh-so-many-things (@wadefoster) • and of course Webflow (@callmevlad, @bryantchou, and @thesergie). We're not #nocode yet, but so much of this was made possible affordably and quickly thanks to the folks at these amazing companies.
