I’ve been using Zen for over 3 months and I can say this is the only computer app that has stuck with me. It's been so useful to be nudged to correct my posture and I feel like I'm more aware of my posture throughout the day. While I haven't experienced back pain, I always felt a bit uncomfortable after working at a desk for an extended period of time. Zen definitely took care of that. It reminds me to sit up and stretch regularly and I loved that it had videos that taught me how to sit correctly.

This is my 2nd week using Zen and I couldn't recommend it enough. I love the fact that the app uses the concept of sessions so the webcam is not always on, and even when a session is running, the nudges are so gentle and spaced out that they do not annoy me.

This looks like it's been carefully executed. I've noticed that I can move around and the app will not detect that as leaning, which is pretty amazing, since I tend to move around quite a bit!

I've been using Zen for about a month. It's made my posture better AND improved some neck pain I was dealing with. It's very non-intrusive and works even if the camera is being used with other applications (helpful since I'm on Zoom all day). Absolutely worth installing if you want to improve your posture.

Zen is simply incredible. I couldn't believe that the blue avatar actually follows me in real-time. At first I genuinely thought that I'm playing a VR game. Zen has been super useful for me and really easy to use. I read an article about more people having text neck, so I can't wait to use the Zen mobile app as well!
