One thing I kept noticing is that even relatively simple Zendesk Guide theming still takes a lot of manual work. Many teams either stay with the default Copenhagen theme or spend days (weeks, months) adapting it. So I built ZenTemple. The goal is not to replace custom development, but to dramatically speed up the initial Help Center creation process.
