Zest is great. It solves all the hassle and headache of gifting. We've been following their progress for a while and think its amazing. Our biggest hesitation, however, is the cost for small businesses to participate. While it's free for users, it's pretty expensive for brands unless they've been grandfathered in. I would love to see a different revenue model that allows for the expansion of the marketplace.

Hi Amanda - I appreciate the honest feedback! Just like most corporate gifting marketplaces, we charge a commission to brands when we send them orders. There are no other fees involved to participate on our marketplace. That said, we can't accept every brand into our marketplace today. I've reviewed the notes from your calls/emails with our team, and it looks like you had inquired about the Zest Operating System, which is a separate platform that we sell to brands to help them to grow their own *direct* corporate gifting businesses (i.e. not a marketplace). We put *a lot* of time and work into those integrations and partnerships to help our brands build successful corporate gifting businesses. We'd like to be able to help every small brand (that's one of the reasons Jeremy and I started Zest), but we also need a viable business model to make sure we can stay in business to achieve that goal. I completely understand where you're coming from. I've made a note to reach out as our business model evolves, and we're able to support more brands like yours. It looks like we're already on an email thread together, so I hope to be able to work together in the future!

I recently tested out Zest to send a few gifts to clients. They made it super simple to send and I only needed each client's email address to send the gifts. What normally would have taken an hour took about 5 minutes total. I was able to track that the client accepted and then received the gift, which was really helpful. Would highly recommend trying Zest.

ZEST IS AWESOME!!!! We are vendors and users of the platform. Not a week goes by when we don't receive fantastic feedback about how easy and effective the Zest platform is for our clients. The platform makes gifting and receiving gifts incredibly fun! After acceptance, the gift recipient can send the gifter a thoughtful note all within the app. This solves the biggest issue with gifting - whether the recipient enjoyed the kind gesture! Once the recipient accepts the gift, they enter their address information, and the gift is magically routed back to the vendor fulfilling it. So seamless and fun, which is what gifting should be. Zest = 🐐

Used Zest to sent a few clients gifts after closing a deal. Very easy and intuitive interface. Going to recommend to our team to use them every time we close a deal. Congrats on the launch!
