@rrhoover Honestly? I'm sick of crap customer service. The economy of the the next fifty years is going to be driven by customer service - Why not give your company a fighting chance to survive it?

@anujadhiya Sure - This one is very much about specific, on-the-ground-right-now things you can do to turn your business into customer service powerhouses, as opposed to NCFF, which focused on high-level companies and how big global changes improved their company as a whole.
