After spending over 8 years in HR Tech in sales and consulting capacities across 15 countries, we have set out in our entrepreneurial journey to elevate hiring for organizations. We've built Zuno because hiring today is going through a shift — recruiters now get 3 times more applications than a couple of years back and resumes generally do not tell the full story. Just tried out Zuno and I'm seriously impressed. The volume of applicants these days can be overwhelming, and most tools still rely heavily on outdated resume parsing or manual filtering. Zuno feels like a breath of fresh air, especially the AI candidate ranking that isn't a black box. Being able to tweak the AI based on specific hiring needs? That's huge.
I also love that it covers the entire hiring funnel, which is way more efficient than jumping between 4-5 different tools. The interview analysis feature is super promising too, getting real insights from conversations rather than relying on memory or biased notes is a game-changer.
