Designing the future, one launch at time

About

Founder of Elegant Tech LLC and DesignShare. Building products for founders since 2017. We started with a small in-house design team. Nine years later, we are a product studio of designers, engineers, and AI specialists working as one team, taking founders from idea to live product in six weeks. 315+ projects, 170+ clients, no handoffs between three vendors who never talk to each other. We are building a few products of our own now, launching here later this year. Follow along if you want to see them early. Otherwise, I am in the comments on design tooling, AI infra, and anything a solo maker shipped alone; say hi if that's you.

Makers who replaced a spreadsheet: what did week 6 look like?

Launch week retention is easy to get. I want to hear about week 6, when the novelty is gone and your tool is competing with the spreadsheet it replaced.

If you've shipped something that took over from a Google Sheet or a Notion table, what kept people in it past the first month? And what did the ones who left go back to?

Share your B2B website. I'll show you who I'd contact first, and who I wouldn't.

I once paid an outbound agency $30,000 and got zero meetings in six months.

When we built AiSDR, I learned how easy it is to automate the emails while leaving the hardest decisions to the customer: who to contact, why now, and what to offer.

Is it normal for devs to have projects piled up before a successful one?

In my case, I had 2-3 projects lined up which are not active at all. I stopped working with those web applications as it didn't seem reasonable to. There are 2 of them active on web but not seen by me.

I have also seen that founders tend to have a lot of projects they have abandoned. Some of the founders even told that there projects failed and it is well above 5 projects.
