Hey PH! ■ Adam here — founder of VeloxSync and the person who built this. I want to tell you why this exists. A few years ago I watched someone I deeply respected hand in their resignation letter. In the exit interview they said: "I'd been struggling for about 8 months. I just didn't know how to bring it up." Eight months. We talked every week. I thought I knew what was going on. The signals...

VeloxSyncAI that detects burnout before your best people quit
Most leaders find out someone is burning out when they hand in their resignation letter. VeloxSync
finds it weeks earlier — using real signal data from pulse surveys, performance scores, and
behavioral patterns. Ei-CoreTM AI reads the signals your people can't bring themselves to say out
loud, and tells you exactly who needs attention and what to do about it.

Real, functional files. The reason is simple. When someone uses them and their AI output gets noticeably better, they come back and ask "can you build me a custom version?" I didn't have to pitch them. The free...

Deepansh, this is the kind of tool that makes me respect the craft behind the craft. No AI, no cloud, no subscriptions. Just a terminal, markdown, and your words. That's a statement in 2026. The Hunspell integration for 80+ languages is a smart move. Writers working in multiple languages needed this. And Git-ready from the start means version control is built into the writing process, not...

Two ways I spot it instantly. First, the vocabulary. AI has signature words it leans on. "Clarity," "friction," "landscape," "leverage," "delve." If a post uses three of those in the same paragraph, it wasn't written by a human at 11pm after their third coffee. Second, the structure. AI loves the "X isn't about Y, it's about Z" formula. It loves numbered lists that escalate in complexity. It...
