Is knowing your AI visibility score enough to improve it?

Imagine discovering that your competitor appears in 40% of relevant AI answers while your brand appears in just 10%.

That's useful information, but it raises a bigger question: why is your competitor being recommended more often, and what can you do about it?

Would you let an AI agent post to your social accounts without checking first?

Over the last year we noticed something odd at PostNitro: a growing share of our users never open our editor anymore. They ask Claude, ChatGPT or an n8n flow to make the carousel for them, and the agent calls us in the background.

That got us building for agents properly. Your agent can now design an on-brand carousel, image post or short video and schedule it to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook and Pinterest, all from one prompt.

Has anyone measured whether ChatGPT/Perplexity recommend their product?

I tested 10 prompts like "best tool for X" in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Our product came up in 2 of 30 answers, and a competitor with less traffic showed up in 14.

Curious how others approach this:

  • Do you track AI mentions at all, or is it too early to matter?

  • Has anything you changed (docs, reviews, comparison pages) actually moved the needle?

  • Is "AI search visibility" a real channel yet, or mostly hype?
