We don't need another chrome extension - we need elegant, in flow...

Training AI on internal company data to augment and automate support isn't new - there's tons of companies doing this. And they are doing it for a reason: it's insanely valuable (especially in this macro). But these guys are out executing the rest - hats off to you, Harish and team, this tool is AI applied to CS, done well
