We purchased the Suvie for the convenience of their premade meals. The product worked well, but after spending a great deal of money on meals, decided it wasn't for us. They advertised a 100 day return policy and sent a prepaid label for the return. So, this was all good service.
However, they have had the return for 23 days and still no refund or contact with us. Went to the BBB site and there were over 50 complaints against this company. So, buyer beware.
