@kristofertm Thanks for hunting us and the general interest in Suvie! It's a great question. First off, while someday we'd love to imagine a Suvie only world, the reality is you probably won't be dropping and built-in's. That leaves counter tops and that largely depends on and how you eat. The easiest ones to target are your toaster oven and / or slow cooker as we will have functionality that allows you to toast or do some long sub 212 cooks.. Microwave could be game too depending on your use case.

@automateiq Hey Chris, we've designed Suvie to feed a family of 4, or a hungry family of 3! But if you have a bigger family than that, you may want to supplement a little. Thanks your vote of confidence though, it means a lot!

This review is written on Dec 14th, 2020. The machine dint work right outside the box. Gets stuck at initializing screen when try to connect to wifi. There is NO MOBILE APP on IOS & ANDROID phone. They make you tester & you need to download test flight app (red flag). Since the machine cant connect to wifi the tester app wont work as well.There is no telephone or chat support. The email tickets are answered wagely.... No solution provided on my machine yet. I am returning it, hope they do provide full money back.

We've really focused on the technology and solving the problem of coming home to a gourmet, from raw meal, all from the simple tap of a button. It hasn't been easy! Review Suvie?

Reviewers mostly praise Suvie for one thing: reliable convenience. The Suvie would have to be the WORST appliance I've ever had in my house. The company has a terrible supply chain management, resulting in me receiving my appliance 4 weeks after purchase. I signed up for their meal delivery service and I received my meals without "dry ice" for shipping; thus I was forced to discard the meals out of fear of food contamination. I used the Suvie once and it went into Error mode. They claim the appliance is tested prior to distribution but the Bottom Shelf of my appliance was damaged. I doubt this occurred during shipping as the box was packed professionally. As such, Suvie needs to improve their QC standards. I emailed their Customer Service team on multiple occasions for HELP and it took multiple emails across many days to receive a response. I was looking for a new cooking appliance to save me time and SUVIE proved to be a time drainer. A simple high-end air fryer will meet my future needs....and at a margin of the cost.
