I’m a real owner of a Suvie for about a year. I recently cancelled my service. Here’s an honest review. The food is very good and the convenience is great. It functions very well and the fact you can set the time that you want the meal completed and leave it is the best. The subscription service however I loathed. You have to sign up for auto meals and while you do have the option of pausing it seemed like they would send the meals and charge your card even when I paused it. I never received the free meals they promised as the system for “earning” the free meals they promised is impossible to achieve. I finally got frustrated and cancelled the service since the marketing geniuses at Suvie won’t provide a buy as you go option for your meals. If you try to avoid complications in your life avoid this product.

Some of the meals are good but I'm already tired of green beans... seems like almost every meal has green beans for the veggie and if you ask me the price for these meals seems a little high in comparison. There also seems to be a lot of sodium in some of the meals comparable to buying a frozen meal from the grocery store and some of them have quite a bit more sugar and carbs than I would prefer. The veggies seem overcooked almost all the time even though we are scanning the sticker. The only reason I would recommend these meals is for convenience... I've eaten about 15 of the meals and I'm already tired of them... more choices would be great.

The Suvie would have to be the WORST appliance I've ever had in my house. The company has a terrible supply chain management, resulting in me receiving my appliance 4 weeks after purchase. I signed up for their meal delivery service and I received my meals without "dry ice" for shipping; thus I was forced to discard the meals out of fear of food contamination. I used the Suvie once and it went into Error mode. They claim the appliance is tested prior to distribution but the Bottom Shelf of my appliance was damaged. I doubt this occurred during shipping as the box was packed professionally. As such, Suvie needs to improve their QC standards. I emailed their Customer Service team on multiple occasions for HELP and it took multiple emails across many days to receive a response. I was looking for a new cooking appliance to save me time and SUVIE proved to be a time drainer. A simple high-end air fryer will meet my future needs....and at a margin of the cost.

I’m in love with my Suvie! This has completely changed our lives - we used to go out to dinner or order takeout nearly every night of the week, which gets really expensive and isn’t very healthy. Since we got our suvie, we use the device to make most of our meals and going out has become something we want to do instead of something we have to do. You can use it to make your own food which we do sometimes, but we also love Suvie meals because they’re so easy. My favorite meals are the pesto chicken, Turkey tamales, chicken tikka masala, and the lobster ravioli. 😋

I have been using the Suvie cooking system since version 1.0. I discovered it while looking for ways to decrease the time spent cooking meals. I retired while my wife continued working, so I volunteered to take over the cooking chores. Being an IT developer for over 45 years, figuring out ways to automate manual processes comes second nature to me. As a result of getting in early, I have been able to provide lots of feedback to the Suvie team and have been able to work through some initial bumps along the way. Overall, this is an incredible robot system. I use both the main Suvie unit and the Starch unit. I am still waiting for the complete integration of the two units but am managing in the meantime. One of the best features of this system is its ability to schedule meals for a future completion time. It does an incredible job of keeping the food cool in the unit until it is time to cook it. The preciseness of the start to finish time is one of its highlights. When my wife gives me a time she expects to be home from work, I can set up the schedule to match her arrival to the minute. The variety of food meal options continues to increase as time goes on. We have a few favorites and have especially enjoyed the salmon selections. The convenience of having 2 portions of fresh fish ready for a meal outweighs the lower cost of purchasing a fresh side of salmon from our grocery that has to be cut and then repackaged and frozen. Even without the pre-packaged meals, the Suvie system is easy to program your own meals from scratch. I have vacuum packed beef filets that I then sous-vide in the Suvie using the completion time and temperature. I have grilled chicken breast using the same program as one of the prepared meals. It has been an amazing appliance in our home. My wife who was not initially impressed due to the cost has become a major fan. It means she doesn't have to cook, the meals are prepared on time, there is a minimal amount of post meal cleanup, we are eating more healthy meals at home than ever before. Finally, I enjoy the ease in meal preparation. Plus I believe I would have struggled with being consistent if the preparation process had been a difficult and time consuming task.

The Suvie has been a great addition to my kitchen. On days I don't have time to cook dinner, I just choose from one of their affordable, delicious, healthy meals and put it in my Suvie and just wave the recipe card that comes in the package and all the cooking times are preset. It's that easy! It has been great for emergencies or when I have been sick. They keep creating new meals to order and come right to my house. They offer lots of great recipes on their app. The best part is I have joined a Suvie Facebook group and am able to share and see other people's creations and share the love of being a Suvie owner.

After using the Suvie 2.0 for about a year, I have to say that overall, I'm really happy with it. The machine has made cooking meals at home so much easier and more convenient. It's nice to be able to set up dinner in the morning and have it ready to eat when I get home from work. The Suvie 2.0 has a lot of great features, such as the ability to cook both proteins and vegetables at the same time. I also really appreciate the app that comes with the machine, which has a lot of great recipes and makes it easy to control the Suvie from my phone.

Suvie is the marvel that has changed my life. With two young kids and a demanding job, dinner has always been a challenge for me. Prior to Suvie I would either spend crazy money every week on restaurant deliveries, throw something amateurish together or fight to find time to cook that simply didn’t exist. Enter Suvie. I take no more than 5 minutes before work to load and set a meal. Wallah! I arrive home at night to a hot, ready to eat meal that is nearly always delicious and cooked exactly right. I made back the money on the appliance within the first couple weeks by eliminating the expensive ordering in routine. I have never had any issues with reliability of the machine. Now that I have been using Suvie for a good amount of time I have just one question: where have you been all my life???

I bought a suvie about a year ago. I was hesitant if I would really use it but I'm a single mother of a special needs child and we have therapies 3x a week. In the evenings I was too exhausted to cook and clean up a healthy meal and it was easier to just get fast food. I now use this about 3x a week and I love it. It's honestly changed my life as you can imagine what switching from fast food to a healthy meat and vegetable meal would do. I'm more energetic and just feel all around better. As someone with food aversions I always worry about will I like the food. But it's like eating at a steak house. It's delicious. I really only like a handful of their meals due to the food aversion but I add on their meat packs and season myself. It is a little pricey but about the same price as when I was stopping to get fast food. And there is very little clean up. I even use to to make my kids chicken nuggets as it heats up faster than a usual oven. Every time I've had an issue with the suvie machine or an order customer service has always been really polite and helpful... though a little slow. But when you know your issues is going to be resolved in the end I don't mind waiting a day or two for a response. Living in Arizona it's always so hot- so being able to cook a meal without the additional heat from the oven or stove is great. There's a great community around it- lots of fb groups where people talk about technical issues that have come up- new people can ask questions- and people that share recipes. Just the other day I was sitting down reading a book while my suvie cooked my meal and my rumba washed my floor and I had to think- what a time to be alive. All in all the Suvie is the best purchase I've ever made.

My goal was to make cooking easy and eat healthy. This product does both. The easy part: this machine will cook meals I choose to cook myself (use Recette Magazine for home made recipes) or frozen meals that I order from Suvie (meals come frozen, no need to thaw because Suvie Robot does all the cooking, just follow directions on meal card and scan sticker, machine selects cook modes or you can schedule meal to be done when you want to eat it). The Eat Healthy part: meal selections are healthy (choice proteins with vegetables and starches). After each cook, I get a survey to share my feedback about the cooking results. When something goes wrong (like undercooked protein) I get a response back via email or a personal call to help. I’ve never experienced customer support like that before. Amazing, right? Suvie makes cooking easy and offers healthy meal choices. You pay for what you get. And I’m happy to pay extra for a product that has great customer service, makes my life easier and more healthy. My quality of life has improved so much. I use this product daily.
