Sadly, after a week and hours of time communicating my Visible service couldn’t be activated. I inserted my old Verizon sim, dialed 611 and switched my service back to Verizon. Although my phone was never activated I found Visible’s Executive Relations folks to be responsive and pleasant via email & phone. That said, the messaging customer service was unbearably slow.
