What if event planning didn’t stop at the planning?

We ve been thinking about what happens after all the vendors are booked, the checklist is done, and the guests start arriving.

Most event-planning tools help you get to the event.

But the actual evening still depends on someone figuring out:

  • What should everyone do together?

  • How do you get guests involved?

  • How do you run games without passing around pieces of paper?

  • How do you collect photos and messages from everyone?

  • How do you keep a group of 30 100 people engaged?

Most people can tell you what they want to celebrate.

But ask them what they need to actually make it happen and that's where things get complicated.

How do you actually make event planning simpler?

We re building Tendr around a problem that seemed surprisingly fragmented when we started working on it.

Planning an event often means:
Google for vendors Instagram for ideas WhatsApp for coordination spreadsheets/notes for budgets multiple calls to get everything sorted.

We re trying to bring more of that journey into one place from planning and finding vendors to booking and organizing the requirements.

We ve been testing this through real events and are now building the product around what we re learning.
