
The purchase experience was just horrible. Order the unit and got a shipping confirmaiton a week later. 10 days on no movement on UPS website. I e-mailed support and the responded quickly but said they are working with their shipping dept to find out. 3 more days passes and I e-mail again, this time no return e-mail. I e-mailed again and ask for the order to be canclled, also asked for refund on the meal I received one full day passes still no response. Logged onto my account and filed a support ticket. Someone then responded and said that they are working with their shipping dept. One more day passes still no movement on old tracking or new tracking. E-mail back and told them to cancel. The only good part of this experience is they told me I didn't have to ship the meals back. Too bad, I was really looking foward to using this to manage our busy schedule.
