Does one thing really well without burying you in features you didn't ask for. Connected my calendar, bot joined my next meeting, transcript was in my inbox 2 minutes after the call ended. The Power-Ups model is smart because I can just turn on what I actually need.

Would love to see more calendar platform support beyond Google and Outlook (which the team informed me that they will support Zoom and Webex soon). Also a way to search across past transcripts would be useful as the library grows.

Granola is solid but it's more of a note-taking tool. I wanted something that just handles transcription cleanly without me having to do anything during the meeting. myndless.ai runs in the background and the transcript just shows up.
