Hey Product Hunt!
I've been advising the myndless.ai team on product and growth, so I'm biased, but I think the approach here is worth sharing.
This actually started as a much heavier project: stakeholder intelligence, pre-meeting analysis, post-meeting breakdowns. The works.
But instead of shipping all of that at once, the team made a counterintuitive call: strip it down to dead-accurate meeting transcription that just works. Connect your calendar, bot joins your call, transcript in your inbox. That's it.
The bigger vision became Power-Ups. Modular add-ons you turn on when you're ready: AI summaries and action items on one end, neuroscience-based communication gap analysis on the other. Start bare, build up from there.
Worth trying if you're in Google Meet or Teams calls regularly.
I'm going to share this thread with the team and they will be able to see the comments and feedbacks here, so if you have thoughts, or if you try it and something feels off, drop it here. They'll see it!

@edward_hu Upvoted! I’m doing this manually with Teams transcripts + Claude, so this is very relevant. Curious how well it replaces that workflow.”

@findfeny Similar to other meeting transcription + ai, myndless.ai saves you extra step to prompt ai (in your case, Claude) to generate summary. It has a couple of "Power-Ups" (like plug in) that enables you to add more to the meeting transcription, including ai summary, which makes it super clean and highly modularizable. I'd say give it a try!

@edward_hu thanks Edward, will definitely give it a spin!

the 'connect your calendar and forget it' workflow is the only way i can actually stick with a meeting tool. if it supports google meet and teams reliably, i'm in. does the bot handle back-to-back meetings without any lag? @edward_hu@jesse_fong@myndless.ai

@vikramp7470 Totally! That’s exactly the kind of workflow we want Myndless to support. Yes, it’s built for Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, and back-to-back meetings are something we care a lot about getting right so it feels seamless, not something you have to manage manually. Really appreciate this.

Benny here, co-founder of Myndless, building this with Edward, who’s just as fed up with this cacophonous, enervating, hyperstimulated, soporific world. 🙉😪
We’ve spent years in brain health and neuroscience research in real world fields outside of labs. And the thing that keeps showing up (in the data, in the clinic) is how much the modern AI-driven digital world is quietly wrecking and manipulating human mind, attention, and presence.
Everyone’s building more AI into meetings, racing to bundle more features and charge more for things most people never touch.
We asked a different question: what if the right move is less?
A clean transcript. No noise. No feature overload you didn’t ask for. Because we genuinely believe human conversation is becoming one of the most valuable things left in an AI-saturated world, and the last thing it needs is another tool competing for your mind during it.
Myndless starts simple on purpose. “High quality transcription is all you need.” Power-Ups are there when you want them. But the default is clarity so you can actually be present and reclaim your agency, and live more myndless-ly.
We’re early. Tell us what’s broken or what’s missing. We’re reading every comment!
