I love cybersecurity. Ever since I learned in middle school that someone could get paid to hack, I knew I wanted to be in this field. Now, having worked in it some, I have enjoyed the constant learning of all the best practices for security, and as of lately, specifically in endpoint and AI compliance. My experience this far has been solely in M365, but always open to learning more.

How has AI changed the way you job hunt (or hire)?

I've been thinking about this a lot lately, especially working on AINA.

Even a few years ago, job hunting meant tailoring your resume manually and preparing for interviews mostly alone (or with a friend, or sometimes a coach if you were ready to invest).

Now AI is everywhere in the process. Candidates use it to rewrite resumes, practice interviews, and figure out why their applications aren't landing. Recruiters use it to screen resumes, write job descriptions, and even run first-round interviews.

🚩 Why are AI-generated texts flagged but code isn’t?

There s a growing tendency to flag AI-generated text. There s even a term for low-quality AI-generated content - AI slop.

And honestly, I understand why.

Communication should feel real. If every comment, post, or message is generated by AI, the picture becomes blurry.

But then I have a question.
