Most leadership conversations focus on mindset, motivation, or personality. After more than a decade in B2B SaaS marketing, I’ve come to a different conclusion: Leadership is also a systems problem. In marketing, we design for leverage through processes, feedback loops, and automation. Yet with managers, we still rely heavily on individual effort. Working in HR tech, I’m exploring how better systems and AI-powered Manager Agents can reduce managerial overload, improve decision-making, and enable more consistent leadership at scale. I use this space to share what I’m learning and connect with others exploring AI, manager enablement, and the future of leadership.
