Manager Agents learn from your meetings, then point you to what needs your attention next: the feedback that is overdue, the recognition you missed, the conflict you are avoiding, the growth talk that keeps slipping. You learn what works, what doesn't, and why, so you become better at leading your people.
Our team has spent years building people and culture intelligence software for large enterprises at Semos Cloud. Working closely with those companies, we saw a gap in the tools available to help managers lead their teams. We wanted to give them something practical they could use in their everyday work. That became Manager Agents.
Manager Agents learns from your meetings and helps with the parts of managing people that usually get pushed to the bottom of the list: feedback thatβs overdue, recognition you almost missed, the conversation youβve been avoiding, the growth talk that keeps slipping.
This isn't just another AI chatbot. Specialized agents handle different parts of leading a team, all working from the same context pulled from your meetings, so the guidance stays grounded in your actual team rather than a generic answer. We also draw on behavioral science to shape the guidance, including how to give feedback and approach conversations with different people.
A few things it does:
π¬ Drafts feedback and recognition messages grounded in what actually happened in your meetings π― Helps you prep for the hard conversations before you have them π Gives you a real read on how you're leading, not just a guess π Nudges you when something's worth acting on, so it doesn't fall through the cracks
Who it's for: people managers with a handful of direct reports, doing their own work at the same time, often without an HRBP down the hall or any formal training. If that's you, this was built with you in mind.
Try it and let us know how it goes and where it could be better π
@natasha_davidovskaΒ So proud to be part of this team! The "without an HRBP down the hall" part is so real. That's most managers I know, including me. Can't wait to hear what everyone thinks π
Hey Product Hunt π I'm so excited for this, and I want to share why it's personal for me.
I manage a team of 12 people, and I'm also doing my own work at the same time. Most weeks, managing gets whatever time is left over.
I know what good management looks like. Regular feedback. Noticing when someone does great work and saying so. Having the career talk before someone starts looking elsewhere. But knowing it and doing it are two different things. Here's what actually happens. Someone on my team does something great in a Tuesday meeting. I think "I should call that out." Then three more meetings happen, and by Friday it's gone. Or I notice tension between two people, tell myself I'll deal with it next week, and next week turns into next month.
Last year I realized I hadn't had a proper growth conversation with one of my best people in almost six months. Nobody reminded me. It just slipped. I'm not a bad manager. I'm a busy one. And from talking to the managers we work with at Semos Cloud, that's most of us. We don't have an HR partner down the hall, and nobody gave us a playbook.
That's why we built Manager Agents. It picks up on what happens in your meetings and reminds you about the things that matter before they slip. Not to manage for you, but to help you show up the way you want to for your people.
I've been using it with my own team, and the biggest change is simple: I actually send the recognition message the same day now.
We'd love to hear about your first "wow" moment with it.
We'll be here all day answering questions and collecting feedback.
