My interests include 1) one-shot AI processes, 2) my partner Owen's business, the Inn at Montross, which I lovingly support, and 3) all things related to work and how it gets done, INCLUDING who --now what (@AI/ML)-- is doing what. My business, ProLine Group LLC, has partnered with Simform Solutions to build PROVOKE, which utilizes cross-platform data management and visualization to provoke usable insight... like the GOOD STUFF that demonstrates clear ROI on AI to users.

You can call me JD, I ve spent the past several years building businesses in a few very different worlds: hospitality with Montrose Inn, consulting through ProLine, and now product-building with Provoke.

I wouldn t say I have it all figured out I just really enjoy building things, learning fast, and trying to create products and experiences that genuinely help people. Some of that has looked like running businesses in the real world, some of it has looked like solving messy problems for other companies, and some of it now looks like building new tools from scratch.

Brands use employees’ social networks as influencers. But what do employees get out of it?

I've noticed a trend where CEOs of well-known companies are investing more in their personal brands on LinkedIn and X.

However, the level is increasing, and they want something similar from employees.
