ResumeShareIQ - See who viewed your resume and how long they stayed

ResumeShareIQ gives job seekers visibility into what happens after they send a resume. Share a tracked link instead of a file attachment and see who viewed it, how long they stayed, whether they came back, and how far they scrolled. Most candidates apply and wait in silence. ResumeShareIQ turns that silence into signal.

Hiring is Broken. Want to help fix it?

Hi,

Even if we disagree on the cause of it, I think most people would agree that Hiring is Broken right now - I would use a more powerful and scottish adjective here to reflect my true feelings!

What do you expect from Product Hunt when you launch here? [motivation and reasoning]

I understand that everyone comes here with the hope of winning the Product of the Day award (at least one of the top three spots).

But so what does that mean for you?

Are you going to sell more products/subscriptions?

How do you decide what features should be free and what should be paid?

Let me start from the creator s perspective:
I personally don t have a product (apart from hiring people for creative work or offering personal consultations).

But as a creator, I constantly share content, insights, and information, value that helps me build trust (for free). Based on that perceived expertise, people eventually decide to work with me (a paid service).

Reached out for launch support, ended up onboarding new PH users instead

So this happened and I'm still processing it lol

We've been launching stuff on Product Hunt since last year, and like everyone else, I hit up old friends asking for support. You know how it goes.

Anyway, I met up with a few of them recently and they started thanking me. I'm sitting there thinking "aw that's sweet, they liked our product!"

But nope. They were thanking me for introducing them to Product Hunt itself. Apparently they've been addicted to it ever since, checking it daily for new AI tools.

What's the most frustrating part of the modern job application process?

I've been building ResumeUp.AI to help job seekers, and the feedback I get is wild. Some recurring themes:

  • ATS systems rejecting qualified candidates over formatting

  • "Easy Apply" leading to 500+ applicants per role

  • No response after multiple interview rounds

  • Job descriptions that don't match actual roles

For those hiring, what's broken from your side? Would love to understand both perspectives.
