About

My daily routine involves converting messy Figma designs into clean codebase architecture while obsessing over Core Web Vitals and load times. I believe great software should be invisible to the user it just works seamlessly. Big advocate for open-source frameworks developer productivity tooling and modern deployment stacks. I am here to explore cutting-edge web utilities, cheer on technical founders during their launch day, and jump into engaging dev centric discussions.

We almost rewrote our whole backend before realizing the UI was just confusing

A while back I noticed a steady stream of bug reports coming in every week. My first instinct was to blame tech debt and start rewriting logic. But when I took a step back and walked through the exact screens users were complaining about I realized they were just guessing how the feature worked because our error messages were useless. We spent a few days fixing the empty states and making the onboarding clearer and the complaints instantly dropped. It made me realize how easy it is to blame the code when the real issue is just poor design communication.

Do you track why users get stuck or do you jump straight into code fixes?

Have you ever had to hide or remove a feature because the app got too messy?

We fell into the trap of saying yes to every little dashboard customization request from early customers. Within six months, the interface looked like an overloaded airplane cockpit and new signups had no clue where to start. Cleaning it up felt risky because we were terrified of annoying those few vocal users but retention actually went up once the screens were quiet again.

How do you decide when a feature has overstayed its welcome and needs to be buried or cut completely?

Why do side projects compound better when you ignore them?

"Attention is loud and revenue is quiet" is such a spot-on way to put it.

We often fall in love with the launch hype on Product Hunt or Twitter, but that spike dies down fast. I had a tiny utility script I built in a weekend and completely forgot about.
