How do you decide what features should be free and what should be paid?

Let me start from the creator s perspective:
I personally don t have a product (apart from hiring people for creative work or offering personal consultations).

But as a creator, I constantly share content, insights, and information, value that helps me build trust (for free). Based on that perceived expertise, people eventually decide to work with me (a paid service).

Is automating customer support the ultimate solution?

Today I read in TechCrunch that Airbnb says a third of its customer support in the US and Canada is now handled by AI.

Many CRM-focused platforms are following suit, automating support with their own AI bots for example, Crisp, Chatbase, and others.

What makes you decide not to try a product?

There are plenty of tools that seem useful on paper, yet something makes us close the tab instantly.

Sometimes it s pricing, sometimes messaging, sometimes the onboarding feels unclear.

Often it s a gut feeling that s hard to explain.

Which were your favourite products launches in 2025 + favourite category?

This year brought an insane number of launches on Product Hunt. Honestly, I ve never seen this much activity in all my time here.

I m sure you ve also found something that caught your eye, actually helped you, or just made you smile while using it.
