About

Founder @ InnMind.com (400+ startups found first or early investors & raised on our platform) & PitchPop (debugging your fundraising). 8 years deep in early-stage fundraising (web3 mostly, but more and more AI recently)... I see what closes rounds and what kills them. Here mostly to chat with founders, observe new projects & share what's actually working for fundraising right now, and to learn from makers building the next generation of founder tools. Open to chat: pitch decks, investor outreach, narrative, post-deck, investor relationship, etc.

Can we beat #5 on Product Hunt this time?

Our first Product Hunt launch landed us #5 Product of the Day. Not bad for our first try.

Tomorrow, we're back with Causo 1.0. And this time, we're launching something much bigger.

Last time, we launched our fundraising tool. Since then, we've built an entire sales product, redesigned the platform, and rebuilt much of the engine behind it.

Here's what Causo does now:

Why the best AI products feel less like tools and more like mirrors

There's a pattern I keep noticing across the AI products that actually stick with people vs. the ones that get tried once and forgotten.

The forgettable ones try to be impressive. They show off what the model can do -- generate faster, automate more, produce output at scale. And they're genuinely cool for about 15 minutes.

What's a non‑obvious sign that a project is going to fail?

I will go first.

The meeting where everyone nods and no one disagrees.

Not because they agree. Because they have checked out. They do not think their opinion matters. They have stopped investing.

That silence is louder than any argument.
