I would love to see some kind of smart onboarding. When I open a product for the first time, I want it to quickly understand what I need instead of showing everything at once.

I’d love to know if your platform highlights trends or just raw metrics

This idea feels right but also uncomfortable. I have always though of retention as the main goal, so building something that reduces usage sounds almost against instinct.

I usually go with Figma because my UI already lives there. It gives me full control, but honestly it takes more time than I would like when I just need something quick

Submodules felt powerful in theory but in practice they kept getting in the way. The constant syncing and broken context made development slower than expected. Switching to a cleaner monorepo setup brought a noticeable improvement in flow.
