About

I build AI infrastructure focused on reliability and cost predictability. After running multiple LLM providers in production, I realized the hard problem isn’t generating text — it’s managing routing, fallback logic, quotas, and cost control across providers. That operational layer is messy, fragile, and expensive. RoutePlex is my attempt to solve that cleanly — a vendor-neutral AI gateway designed for production use. I care deeply about: • Production-grade fallback strategies • Smart model routing across providers • Transparent usage & cost tracking • Multi-tenant isolation • Making AI infra predictable at scale Currently building in public and iterating with real-world feedback.

Running OpenClaw with Claude subs is dead. Now what?

As of April 4th, Claude subscriptions no longer cover usage on third-party tools like @OpenClaw.

What's something you built that you thought was genius and nobody used?

Three months. Two developers. One feature nobody used.

I knew it was bad when I checked the analytics and saw that the only person who used it more than once was me. And even I stopped after the second week.

Here's how I knew it was a waste of time. Not in hindsight. In the moment. I just ignored the signs.

The first sign: I couldn't explain it in one sentence.

The one marketing lesson I learned from building an AI product that no one talks about

When we started building Murror, I made the same mistake most AI founders make: I marketed the technology.

"Powered by AI." "Smart algorithms." "Personalized insights." All the buzzwords. And you know what happened? Crickets.
