What's great
trusted, secure, and reliable. works across devices. remote working wouldn't be as effective without it
What needs improvement
a lot could be improved, but acknowledge it is always improving.
Audio quality: it's a balance btwn zoom and the headphones used. it's better at isolating voices, but not if the voices are in the same room
Screen share: always seems to take people a while to get live what they want to share. If they switch screens or tabs, it often misses
Webinars: lesser used, but worst experience. Messaging between hosts/panelists - guests very challenging. ensuring people have the correct link to join as their designated role. breakout rooms transitions still feel horrible. All to say, this is the best we have used

What's great
transformed how i think of myself as a builder and enabled so much internal tooling that has been a joy to build and use
What needs improvement
customer service - takes forever to get to a human. billing can be a bit ambiguous
