I scaled a Space-tech JV from literal blank sand in the UAE desert to a global satellite supply chain. In aerospace, you never launch a satellite without a thousand simulations - because if one component fails, you ve created "Space Junk."

Then I looked at the retail industry. It s a $1Trillion machine that launches products based on "gut feel" and "rearview mirror" surveys. The result? $100 Billion of inventory goes straight to the landfill every year or sold at a steep discount. We are essentially launching "Retail Junk" into our oceans.
