About

I build production tools for small film teams. I keep noticing the same gap. The work that makes a shoot actually happen — storyboards, shot decisions, casting consistency — is the work nobody funds, because it costs more than the episode earns. So it gets skipped, and everyone finds out on set. My products do that work instead, cheaply. Shotlingo is the first: a short-drama script in, a shoot-ready storyboard pack out — 32 shot decisions, locked cast, render prompts, and a report of the shots that will not render. I am one person, working out of Shanghai. I build small tools that remove one expensive misunderstanding at a time, and I would rather ship something narrow that works than something broad that mostly works.

Multi-agent systems: debugging nightmare or real architecture?

Single agents are manageable. The moment agents start handing work to each other, failures stop being traceable. One bad output becomes the next agent s trusted input, and the break shows up far from where it started.
If you ve got a multi-agent system running reliably in production, what made it work? Narrower tool scopes, strict handoff rules, better tracing, fewer agents?

AgentBurn - See what AI agents really cost to run

AgentBurn tracks what production AI agents actually burn: tokens per task, cost per solved task and framework overhead. 30 agents, 22 priced models, 3 public benchmarks — every field labelled source-backed, derived, or left empty when nothing is public. No invented numbers, no paid placements. Open dataset, leaderboards and a free 3-page sample.

Do you prompt your AI in your native language or in English?

Opposite of me being someone who translates, I interact with this particular AI in Japanese and everything that is kept also goes in Japanese, i.e., my major rules file with more than a hundred incident notes explaining the basis or reasoning of each rule in general, also, memory notes. I reserve English only for the things that are to be English, such as a forum post or an article in English written by me. It is funny thing though that, with this AI, it tends to speak English quite often with me after long sessions that I was immersed in English documentation. In order to stop it from happening, now, for instance, I set up a trigger where every time this AI answers me in a language which is not Japanese, it will rewrite the English part.
